Please register on-line. You will need the following information for each person you register: Name as it will appear on the certificate, mailing address, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number.
Credit/Debit cards are the only form of payment currently accepted online. Government & non-profit users requiring other methods of payment may contact us at 913-541-0220 or email Debora at [email protected] before beginning the registration.
If you have multiple registrants, please email or phone Debora to be set up to manage your registrants in our on-line registration system.
